Vendors are to provide their own tent (1), table(s), chairs or other equipment, and if needed.
Vendors to arrive by assigned scheduled time, set up by assigned set up time, and are responsible for their own setup and break-down.
A County Health Department Permit is required for groups preparing and serving food on-site. Bring permit to event.
Vendor Proof of Insurance is due to [email protected] - no later than the assigned deadline. of MAY 15, 2026.

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT: HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT: In consideration of the Lyon Events Organization, Inc. permitting participation in the Lyon Township Festival, the applicant hereby agrees to assume all loss, damage, risk and liability associated with participation. It is recognized and acknowledged that this includes, but is not limited to, personal injury and property damage incurred for any reason whatsoever. Applicant further agrees to release, hold harmless and indemnify the Lyon Events Organization Inc. and the Charter Township of Lyon, as well as, all sponsoring organizations, and the respective elected officials, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors and volunteers, successors and assigns, and all other persons directly or indirectly liable, from any and all liability or responsibility whatsoever for injury (including death) to persons, and for any damage to any Township property, or the property of others, arising out of, or resulting from, participation in the Lyon Township Festival. Applicant further acknowledges and agrees it is solely responsible for installation and removal of equipment associated with participation in the Festival, as well as managing any employees or participating volunteers. Applicant further acknowledges that if they are also a food vendor, they are fully responsible for their own food, food prep and storage, health license, and insurance. I acknowledge that the information I am submitting is representative of what I plan to bring to the festival. If it is not, I may be asked to leave the festival with no refund issued.
