Non-Profit Vendor Application Form - $25

NO FOOD VENDORS PLEASE. We have food vendors for profit at our event. If you are interested in being one of them, contact [email protected] or [email protected]

Each Vendor gets a 10'x10' space for their booth.
Each Vendor is responsible for bringing their own 10'x10' tent, tables and chairs.
Vendors must arrive no later than 9am Saturday OR 10am Sunday for set up.
Failure to arrive on time may result in loss of your reserved spot on site.
Earlier set up times can be arranged.
A County Health Department Permit is required for Vendors preparing and serving food on-site. Bring permit to event.
No parking in exhibit areas. You must park your vehicles in the vendor area.
LEO reserves the right to refuse any applications.
Political booths will not be accepted.
Each Vendor is responsible for removing their own booth, tables and chairs at the end of the festival.
NOTE: If you are contributing after April, you may have missed some of the print advertising opportunities, but will be advertised online and through other media.

HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT: HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT: In consideration of the Lyon Events Organization, Inc. permitting participation in the Lyon Township Festival, the applicant hereby agrees to assume all loss, damage, risk and liability associated with participation. It is recognized and acknowledged that this includes, but is not limited to, personal injury and property damage incurred for any reason whatsoever. Applicant further agrees to release, hold harmless and indemnify the Lyon Events Organization Inc. and the Charter Township of Lyon, as well as, all sponsoring organizations, and the respective elected officials, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors and volunteers, successors and assigns, and all other persons directly or indirectly liable, from any and all liability or responsibility whatsoever for injury (including death) to persons, and for any damage to any Township property, or the property of others, arising out of, or resulting from, participation in the Lyon Township Festival. Applicant further acknowledges and agrees it is solely responsible for installation and removal of equipment associated with participation in the Festival, as well as managing any employees or participating volunteers. Applicant further acknowledges that if they are also a food vendor, they are fully responsible for their own food, food prep and storage, health license, and insurance. I acknowledge that the information I am submitting is representative of what I plan to bring to the festival. If it is not, I may be asked to leave the festival with no refund issued.
